Walter White was killed in action in France & Flanders 9-10-1917 serving with the 2nd battalion of the Royal Fusiliers. He was both born, enlisted & lived in Syresham, Northamptonshire & was 30 years of age at the time of his death. He has no known grave and as such is commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial. The CWGC state that he was the late husband of Catherine Wright of the High Street, Syresham, Brackley, Northamptonshire.
