Thomas Dee was born in Limerick and enlisted into the 64th foot in 1855. He served with the regiment in India & transferred to the 31st regiment in 1859. He was invalided out in 1875 having been 25 times in the defaulters book. He claimed a replacement group of three medals in 1881 and as such the last three medals in the group are impressed in the 1881 style.
1st IGS GVF/VF & The other three medals are NEF.
