Harry.R.Barnfield served with the 1st Gloucester Regiment in the Boer war 1899-1902 & first Landed in France with the same battalion 19-1-1915. He went on to transfer to the Labour Corps with service number 596392 & was discharged to the class Z army reserve 25-3-1919.
