Percival Charles Hayward from Stockwell, London was born 6-4-1877 and enlisted in to the Royal Navy in February 1915. He was awarded the D.S.M & mentioned in despatches in the London gazette 12-1-1916 for services with the Belgian mission as part of the Dover patrol whilst serving onboard HMS Prince Eugene. He left the service in 1919 & passed away in Surrey 1936.
