John William Pullen was a carriage smith from Brighton & first landed in France 19-12-1914. He was mentioned in despatches in the London gazette 31-11-1915 for services in France & this was followed by the award of the immediate MSM for services in France with the 55th Divisional train in the London gazette 18-10-1916.
