WW1 1914-15 Trio & GV 2nd type RN LS&GC With the recipients mint boxed WW2 Defence medal

The recipient served with the 1/4th Black watch & first landed in France 24-2-1915 age 19. He was wounded 28-3-1915 and went on to transfer to the Machine Gun Corps with service number 120344. He left the army 17-2-1919 and enlisted in to the Royal Navy 9-4-1919. He was a resident of Inverkeilor, Forfarshire & was awarded his LS&GC in 1931. He left the navy shortly afterwards and served in some form of civilian capacity during WW2 which gained him a Defence medal. He died in Edinburgh 4-8-1957 age 62 & his widow Charlotte outlived him by 34 years & passed away age 87 in 1991.
Trio & long service GVF or better & mounted as worn. Whilst the WW2 Defence medal is mint boxed.
