Kenneth David Pritchard Griffiths was born in Cardiff 1921 & died in hospital in Bristol 18-3-1975 whilst serving with the prosecutions department & living at 8 Broadhaven, Leckwith, Cardiff. He is buried in Thornhill cemetery, Cardiff. He served with Cardiff City police & the box of issue for the medal is labeled to that force.
