Harry Wraight was born in Hackney, London in December 1850 & enlisted in to the 40th regiment of Foot 30-11-1870. He was awarded his LS&GC in January 1890 & transferred to the Corps of Military Staff Clerks 19-9-1890 & again transferred to the Army Pay Corps on its formation in 1893. He was discharged as medically unfit in 1900 & his annuity M.S.M was awarded in 1912.
