Harry Beasley was a resident of West Hartlepool & first landed in France 22-5-1915 serving with the Royal Field Artillery. He went on to serve with the Royal Engineers and was awarded the Military Medal (MM) for services in France whilst attached to the 47th Brigade of the R.F.A. This was published in the London gazette 29-8-1918. He was finally discharged to the class Z army reserve 14-3-1919.
