Henry Morrell was born in Wilmslow, Cheshire & both enlisted & lived in Southport. He first landed in France 20-10-1915 & sadly died in service 26-6-1918 serving with the 611th Motor Transport Company of the A.S.C. He was awarded the MM for service in France in the London gazette 12-6-1918 whilst attached to the 44th Siege battery of the RGA.
He is buried in Aubigny communal cemetery extension.
