Phillip Flucker Henderson was born in Newhaven in 1873 & served with the the Mercantile Marine as a Fireman during WW1. He applied for the issue of his medals in 1919 and was first issued with the ribbons in 1919 followed by the issue of the medals in 1921 by which time he was living in Leith.
